What would summer be without Strawberries? They are sweet, colorful, they smell amazing, and they taste great with everything from chocolate to wine... and cheese!
Wexford County is world-famous for its strawberries. The climate is simply perfect for their growth, and the rich soil pleases these little genus Fragaria from the time they grow their first flower, to the moment they are hand-picked and enjoyed by all.
In fact, Wexford strawberries have become so popular that an entire yearly festival is now dedicated to them in June with music, great food, and of course, strawberries!
🍓 I am growing my own strawberries! 🍓
So, naturally, I wanted to grow my own strawberry farm....
I know, they don't look like much but I have been eating one 🍓 per day for the last month!!!
And wait until I start making my own jam!
