DEPOSITS & OTHER CHARGES
Mon Petit Cottage and Berna's Cottage - Full payment is charged 3 days before arrival.
Berna's Cottage - 45 euro cleaning fee will be charged upon departure.
Your reservations are important to us. We take great care in preparing for your arrival and are committed to have your room ready upon your arrival.
While we understand that life isn't always predictable, we do request that you contact us no less than 3 days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your credit card will not be charged.
Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 3 days prior to your check-in date will result to the loss of your payment.
ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in – Between 3:00pm and 8:00pm on the day of your arrival.
Check-out – 11:00am on the day of your departure.
If you are planning to arrive or leave outside our standard check-in/check-out times, please contact us ahead of time, so that we can make other arrangements.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building (including electric cigarettes).
Please use the ash-rays provided when smoking outside the building.
Our Irish and our American suites were designed to host one or two (1 or 2) guests (no exceptions). Our daily prices are per room.
Our French suite was designed to host up to three (3) guests (no exceptions). Our daily prices are per room.
Berna's Cottage can host up to five (5) guests (no exceptions). Our daily prices include full access to the cottage.
Pets are not accepted on premises.
ADA defined service animals are welcome with prior authorisation. Please contact us for more details.
A damage deposit of 100 euros is required and held with a credit card upon arrival.
The recovery of damages, if necessary, will not be limited to the amount of the damage deposit. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the inside unit, its contents, the surrounding exterior property or its contents, or the surrounding property/contents of any other properties within the neighborhood or surrounding area of this rental property.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or services rendered during stay.
c. All doors & windows to the property are kept locked when guests are not on-site.
d. No linens are lost or damaged.
e. No loud or drunken behavior occurs anywhere on the property/premises (Quiet-Time is observed from 10pm until 9am daily outside, and 10:30pm-8am inside).
f. No tobacco products of any kind may used inside the building.
g. No visitors have been allowed onto the property without written permission from management - No parties without prior consent from management.
k. No rental equipment, or personal equipment (tents, chairs, tables, grills, smokers, etc.) have been brought onto the property without written permission from management.
l. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed, WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION & payment of the required extra person fee, you will be subject to losing your ENTIRE damage deposit, in addition to being charged the extra person fee.
m. No complaints from any neighbors have been lodged against you.
n. Extra bedding has not been brought into the house without written permission of management. Prior permission must be granted or you will be subject to losing your entire damage deposit.
o. No RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed without prior permission.
p. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires extra cleaning, beyond normal, this cost will be deducted from your damage deposit.
q. Pétanque Court: Our guests are welcome to use our pétanque court from 10:00am to 10:00pm, daily. All equipments must be returned to management after use and the court must be cleared from all garbages. Any permanent or temporary damage made to the pétanque court may result to a deduction from the damage deposit hold.
r. (Coming soon) Grill Usage: Guests are allowed to use our grill upon prior authorisation from management. Once coals have cooled off, dispose of them into the ash can that has been provided. Be sure to close the charcoal storage lid completely. Once the grill has cooled, clean the inside and outside of the grill with paper towels and water. If any damages are incurred as a result of grilling, or the grill is not cleaned after use, there will be a deduction from the damage deposit hold.
