Lost in a field of Flowers

Today, I stepped into Paradise....

As I was driving home, I stopped on the side of the road to admire a spectacular field of yellow flowers....

These bright dandelions (called oilseed rape) bloom all over Ireland from late April to August and are processed into Rapeseed cooking oil.

As I was admiring the landscape, I could not stop thinking that Vincent van Gogh would have loved to immortalise them in one of his best artworks.
